I often take a camera with me on assignment to capture profile photos of my subjects. Much of my photography has been featured alongside my writing on the pages of CNN, ESPN, The National and Al-Jazeera. In addition, I shot many of the profile images for my book Athletes Who Rock!, some of which are on display below.
